For me, it happened at a major conference. Badges everywhere, big brands taking up all the oxygen, and thousands of people rushing from keynote to keynote trying to unlock their “networking moment.” But the real magic? It was not happening on the official schedule or the main stage.

It was happening around the event, at the rooftop mixers, tucked-away coffee meetups, private dinners, and late-night industry gatherings where the real conversations lived.

That is when it clicked:
